What we will do now in Phase III?

In this part of the project, the task will be to turn the conceptual idea into a technical drawing in urban convention and to skillfully present the urban concept in the design presentation. All these things are not so easy!

More often than not, the legibility of the first idea is lost in the course, which starts to disappear under the pressure of technical requirements and dealing with detailed problems.

Now it is time to technically finish the project according to standards and regulations. Another problem is the way urban design is presented, which is different from architectural presentation.

We hope that, together, we can achieve interesting results by avoiding these mistakes.

Create a detailed concept with heights of buildings (according to parking spaces that you are able to place there and with disposition of general plan), spatial composition of their layout and accompanying landscaping, this also applies to green areas and public spaces.
