Greenery in urban environment
Green spaces in the city can be very different in nature. We divide them into landscaped and unmanaged green areas. Managed green areas include public green areas such as parks, squares, greens, greenery and street trees, and urban gardens but also private areas, the owners of which determine their nature. If someone’s private plot looks neglected I would be cautious in describing it as unmanaged, maybe someone likes the natural style. Unmanaged areas are those areas that fill in undeveloped areas as a result of the natural growth of plants in the temperate zone. We have a division of greenery into high, intermediate, and low greenery.
As you can see, the possibilities are many. What is important from your point of view is to identify the forms of greenery present in the study area, to determine their state of preservation.
Below are some films about the different forms of greenery, there are more, I encourage you to expand your knowledge.
